Marco Frank Ferdinand Woesthoff With his spouse, Guusje Nederhorst, he had one son, Dean Maddy (born June 29, 2003); exactly seven months before she died of cancer. The boys second name, Maddy, actually is the first name of Dinand's former girlfriend, who also died of cancer.
