Lorena Abreu is a Dominican Republicāborn theatre kid raised in South Texas who went on to become a professional parkour athlete, stunt performer, and actress. She graduated from film school in Orlando and began training in parkour around 2014. Before that, she practised karate. Those disciplines would come to define her distinctive performance style.
