Douglas Horne
THE BIOGRAPHY
Douglas P. Horne is a former Navy officer. In 1974, he graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. From 1975 to 1985, he served as a junior Surface Line Officer in the U.S. Navy. He transitioned to Navy Civil Service in 1985, and was an Operations Manager at a U.S. Navy field office in Pearl Harbor, which dedicated to the logistic support of anti-submarine
