THE BIOGRAPHY
Lee Feinberg has been the Optical Telescope Element Manager for the JWST at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center for the past 20 years. Mr. Feinberg led the telescope technology development and led the telescope from architecture trades and design activities to manufacturing through integration and testing. Mr. Feinberg co-chaired the committee that selected beryllium for the primary mirror and was a lead Test Director for the final cryogenic optical
