Richard Campbell Pope (August 3, 1947 – October 21, 2024) was a British cinematographer, known for his work with director Mike Leigh. Born in Bromley, Richard Campbell Pope took an early interest in photography. He trained at the Pathé lab in London, and began his career in 1968 working as a camera operator on documentaries.
