Kiernan Brennan Shipka (born November 10, 1999) is an American actress. As a child actress, she had early appearances in small roles on television shows such as Monk (2006) and Heroes (2007). Shikpa's breakthrough and most widely-known role is as Sally Draper in Mad Men (2007 - 2015). She also had starring television roles as the voice of Jinora in The Legend of Korra (2012 - 2014), and Sabrina Spellman
